I have knee pain so ordered what I thought was the free trial. Should have known better.
They automatically start sending you new orders charged to the card you used. The advertising led me to believe I was giving my card number for "shipping" costs, not for additional automatic shipments. Now I have to deal with calling the company and canceling the shipments. Even if I like the product, I won't buy it because of their deceptive business practices.
This is all I have to say - why do I have to enter at least one hundred words to lodge this complaint?
