Our records show you signed up for 2 different trial, one on 6/18 and one on 6/19. This is why you see you were charged twice as much for the trial. We however caught the 2nd shipment, stopped it, and issued you a refund. This was for the 6/19 order, and that account was canceled. Your order from 6/18 shipped the following morning and on 7/6, 18 days later, not the 7 you assert below, your account went into monthly shipment. We canceled your account for you as posting this complaint is the first form of communication we have received from you since placing your two orders. My initial order was charged $9.99 on my credit card instead of the $4.95 as mentioned originally.l Then they charged $78.73 only after 7days instead of the 14day allowance to decide whether i wanted to continue or not.This is unacceptable.

I has no choice but to accept this.

I do not appreciate their lack of commitment and do not want any more of these shipments.I will find another way SO please honor my request and do not send anymore, as I will advise my Credit card company to refuse any further charge Besides, if i want some more, i can get it at GNC at a cost of half the price.
