As per an internet add, I was to receive a free sample of Instaflex, paying $4.99 shipping with my credit card.

The next month I received a full bottle which I DID NOT ORDER, and $69.99 was charged to my credit card.

I have filed a merchant dispute with Instafle to stop payment charged to me without permission.

It was necessary to cancel the credit card so this will not happen again.

This is my first experience with a company using my credit card without authorization. I have used my card on many translations on the internet without any problem.

I cannot give a good recommendation for such an unethical practice.

Product or Service Mentioned: Instaflex Free Trial.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Instaflex Cons: Unethical business practises.

it is in the small print that they will continue to send you each month and charge that insane rate per bottle plus shipping so legal but not ethical. You can get the same and more ingredients for $20 to $27 by buying Webber's Osteo Joint-Ease at Shoppers or elsewhere and no shipping. It is indeed a scam plus, as someone else said, you may not get through to their call line to cancel within the limit before they ship another and charge your card.
