Subsequently to posting this, you phoned us directly for the first time, your account was canceled and you were issued a refund. You also let us know that your complaint was a mistake and that someone had used your card with your information, and it was unrelated to us. On July 7, 2017, my credit card statement showed a charge for $4.99 from Instaflex.I had never contacted the company or initiated an order in any way, and in fact had never even heard of Instaflex.

I immediately canceled my credit card and filed a fraud report with my card company. A few days later I received a "sample" in the mail from Instaflex, again something I had never ordered. This posting of a complaint has been my first contact of any kind with Instaflex.

I consider this type of unsolicited order to be fraudulent given Instaflex initiated the order without any action on my part.I don't know how they got my credit card number.

Reason of review: Fraudulent order an credit card billing initiated by someone other than myself..

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: Cease immediately unsolicited orders..
