Subsequently to posting this, you phoned us directly for the first time, your account was canceled and you were issued a refund. You also let us know that your complaint was a mistake and that someone had used your card with your information, and it was unrelated to us. On July 7, 2017, my credit card statement showed a charge for $4.99 from Instaflex. I had never contacted the company or initiated an order in any way, and in fact had never even heard of Instaflex.

I immediately canceled my credit card and filed a fraud report with my card company. A few days later I received a "sample" in the mail from Instaflex, again something I had never ordered. This posting of a complaint has been my first contact of any kind with Instaflex.

I consider this type of unsolicited order to be fraudulent given Instaflex initiated the order without any action on my part. I don't know how they got my credit card number.

Reason of review: Fraudulent order an credit card billing initiated by someone other than myself..

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: Cease immediately unsolicited orders..
