I received the requested trial bottle and was charged $4.99 as agreed in the initial offer.
A second bottle was received without my authorization. I failed to read the 'fine print' about auto ship of further bottles of Instaflex.
I cancelled my account over the telephone. An offer was made to reduce monthly cost to $29.99, which I refused.
Also an offer to refund second bottle was refused by myself. I have lost faith with this kind of business practice. Perhaps a larger more visible font for the auto ship information would help others, as well as making the auto ship statement more visible when the ordering information is being filled out.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
