Product came from U.S. NOT Canada = extra $41.00 duty on top of the credit card payment charge for the product payable at the time of delivery to your door.
You are not informed about that extra charge (monthly!!). I was adamant about the total cost to me and was assured several times that all i payed ongoing was the cost of the instaflex itself. They give you 18 days to cancel, however the product takes over 14 days to have any affect (my oh duh moment) how do you know if you want more within 18 days of starting the product? So they have my $14.00 for the sample order, + the $50 on the second Credit Card order already, as i did not cancel within 18 days.
Today i refused the 2nd order at the door. The postal delivery person stated that i am not the 1st refusal of the product she has dealt with recently due to the additional charge. When "Available in Canada" is headlined on the ad page why is my order coming from the States (they have may Canadian address).
Their product may or may not i am too pissed off to ever find out.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Instaflex Cons: Unethical business practice.
