I also got ripped off by this company. And when I called they gave me the round around.

I see that they want to help you, did they?? You cannot not offer a free trail and later charge that individuals card, that is terrible PR. But I guess they do not care about us as consumers. I suggest you contact the attorney general in your area, they are the ones that take on big companies.

I wish you the best of luck and hope you get your money back. Also a ripped off consumer and angry as all get out..

Thank you, Sessa. I'm right there with you.

It says right on the credit card authorization page that unless you cancel after recieving the free shipment they are going to send you more automatically and charge you accordingly. People are ***!!! You have no one to blame but yourself. Don't wast the Attorney Generals time please.

They have work to do.

Learn to 'police' yourself or stay off the internet. Duh!

Another *** with a credit card. Get a clue people, why do you think they wanted your credit card info?!?

This is how "free trials" work. Companies count on you not cancelling before the trial is up SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU! I'm so tired of people complaining about issues that are THEIR FAULT!

You want to contact the attorney general because you didn't read the fine print? Good luck with that.

If you contact us directly at 877-869-3310 or any one of our representatives will be glad to assist you with the return procedures if you have a shipment you wish to return
