I keep calling them and they just keep telling me they will check into it, still no refund and it's been 3 months. I check my account frequently to no avail, I will never recommend this product or company to anyone, I will be calling them again tomorrow, Tues.
Oct.7, and this time if I don't receive a satisfactory answer I will be telling them I will be reporting them to the BBB, I received 2 shipments within approx.
2-3 weeks of each other, the first one I returned and received a refund in approx. 4-5 weeks, but I have yet to receive my refund for the 2nd returned shipment, I am very pissed and losing patience
