Instaflex - Sent four free samples all had broken seals...contaminated unsafe for consumption

This companyhas been very frustrating to deal with 4 different times they have sent out my 14 day trial and I have not received a bottle that has not had a seal unbroken..These contaminated products are unsafe for human consumption.I have explained this w/3seperate phone calls.Last call went to supervisor Miranda. She was not helpfull w/the situation. I had to pay 4.99 shipping what BULL!!I have canceled my credit card so the company cannot make any more charges thanks for nothing!!!!Better off w/pain than the pain in the *** you left me !!

BEWARE, the so called "14 day free trial" actually means you are also agreeing to enroll in their autoship program. This means they keep sending you a monthly supply whether you want it or not and of course they get to charge the credit card you gave them to cover the shipping charges on the free trial order. Try calling their customer service 1-800 number to cancel - they call that customer service. Very condescending customer service representatives who do everything they can to try and convince you to stay on the program. They basically call you *** if you tell them you didn't know you had to enroll in the autoship program with the free trial. This company cannot possibly stay in business very long with this kind of cutomer service, sales and marketing startegy. GOOD LUCK Instaflex and Consumers BEWARE this is a scam to get your money.

Instaflex Billing Practices

I came to this site to find out if Instaflex works. I wanted to read the reviews and decide for myself. I'm very disheartened to see the complaints on this page! When I was looking at getting my "free" 14-day supply, I read the fine-print carefully before pulling that trigger. First off, they charge you $4.99 for shipping on the "free" trial; second, it CLEARLY states in the paragraph right next to the submit button that you will be charged in 18 days for a full 30-day supply bottle unless you cancel before that time. It tells you at least 3 times that you can call and cancel before the 18-day period so as to not be billed. In this day and age, anyone that purchases online should be reading all of the fine-print BEFORE giving out their credit card information! In reply to someone that stated that you can only get this product through this website, again, a little research would have shown that you can get it from other sites. GNC is listed right at the top of the free trial page as the supplier. If you go to GNC's website, you can purchase it for $69.99, but with the GNC gold card, you can get it for $46.00 and free shipping! I also saw that you can get it from other places such as Amazon. I really wish this site would have shared more information as to whether the product worked or not and not just bashed the billing practices.

Instaflex - Charged my bank card without authorization

ordered the free sample for 4.99 and used my bank card. tried the sample and found it did not work for me. received another package and charge on my bank card for over 70.00. returned the package have not received my refund. called to be told that there is a 30 day return policy which i was never told. also they are telling me they have not received the package i sent 1 month ago and i have to call back in three days. what a scam this is. it also cost me 5.00 to send back. wonder what i will hear in 3 days.
