After receiving a trial offer of Instaflex for $4.99, I was sent another bottle that I did not order and charged $74.98 like countless other people.

Has anyone been able to get their credit card comapny to reverser this charge? How can they do this.

The product does not work.

I am also unhappy with a credit card company that allows these unauthorized transaction to occur. Hiow can I stop this? Why can't we do something about this. Does anyone where Instaflex actually is located?

There is no information of their website.

Why does the government allow this?

Don't fall into the trap!!!

The fine print nobody reads or would remember to call to cancel: Every trial sets you up to automatically be billed for future supply unless you cancel before the end of your trial period (approx. 18 days after placing your order), you will automatically be billed $74.98 plus applicable tax and enrolled in their Auto-Ship program. That's right, no reminder or warning email which they have on file; instead they simple hide behind their fine print and bill your credit card first.

They will ship your first 30-day supply of Instaflex at the end of your trial period, and you will be charged $74.98 plus any applicable tax. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh 30-day supply of Instaflex about every 30 days and billed accordingly.

If your vacation overlaps the trial period, you better remember to call to cancel as Instaflex doesn't care and would rather offer you a $40 credit on future orders as opposed to assisting what may have been a prospective user. Instead, Instaflex leaves a sour experience to be remembered and talked about.

PS - when Instaflex says they'd be happy to assist you, their best offer is for you to pay the shipping and handling to send back the product you unknowingly agreed to in the fine print of the trial offer. A better solution would be the ability to drop off the unopened container at a GNC store for a refund or credit at GNC.
