I ordered a sample of Instaflex for $4.99.my credit card was charged and I received the product.

Before I could try it my Bank account was charged for $74.98. I immediately called to cancel and requested an email stating such. Still not convinced I called the Company back and spoke with the head of the Billing Dept. Brandon assured me that it was a pending charge and that when the bank updates at night it would disappear.

Here we are the next morning, guess what charge is still there. I never agreed to a monthly charge of any amount, why would I if I haven't even tried the product yet. My doctor did tell me due to my illness that I should not use this product. I will not stop until I get my money back and my original $4.99.

Next Stop the Attorney General's Office in every state that they are associated with.

That is South Dakota, North Carolina and Utah, so far, nut I'm still investigating them.

Had an Experience with Instaflex?

Again, this happened to me and I am so upset w/these crooks.I also did not notice the fine print, but after noticing the charge on my bankcard and a $35 overdraft fee I cancelled.

It was BEFORE the 30 days was up and I was told to send the product back, then after they recieved it I would have my $74.98 credited back to my card. The lady at the bank heard the phone conversation, as I called while still in the bank.

She said if my money was not refunded w/in that 5 day period she would follow up w/fraud charges against the company!!DONT FALL FOR THIS DIRTY TRICK!!

Straight up crooks, They offered on my next purchase a bottle for 35.00.I told them i would not do business with a company that rips off their customers.

Yes I did not read the fine print. Still this is a dirty trick on their part.

I tried to trust them they broke that trust immediately.I would of been a repeat customer.

In NY we do it a little different.I am filing a complaint with VISA to shut down their merchants account.

I had the pills two days before they charged my account $74.98.It will be the last charge they see...........

I am happy I didnot try for the free trial

size. But I did purchase a bottle from GNC.

If I don't get any good results in two weeks I plan on returning the remainder to GNC. I hope they give me my money back.

you should have read a little more before giving out your credit card #.I was just on that site and if you read the terms and conditions it clearly says you will be billed $74.98 unless you cancel within 30 days.

Come on people, do your due diligence before giving out you info. There is no scam here, it is just people not reading what they are signing up for.

You should live by the golden rule, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.:cry

Well, why not add Florida to the list, since everythng else happens here at this to the list.It has not been a full two weeks before another shipment arrived at my home.

I am returning this product and I plan on informing the Attorney General Office.I am employed by the State of Florida and wll pursue this to the fullest.

Same thing happened to me.Before I knew what was happening, my account was charged $150.00.

Called the bank to block all charges fr. Instaflex. I sent back 2 packages and I was credited for one. I never noticed on the site that I was signing up for anything.

(I think that it was added afterwards.) I'm contacting Consumer's Affairs to see if I can get reimb. for the other $74.98. It costs $8.00 to send the pkgs. back.

When I called Instaflex the gal asked if I could afford $36.00.Said, "No, I don't deal w/crooks!)
