I placed an order on either February 2nd or 3rd.To date, Monday, February 13th, I still have not received this product or any information about this order.

Does your shipping usually work this way? I hope not. I am also tracking it online and the last date documented was the 5th of February. I hope your future monthly service is better than it has been so far.

I have registered with the USPS with regard to this shipment and I have not had any updated information with regard to this order with you.I am awaiting this order and hope to receive it shortly, hopefully this evening.
