Three weeks after cancelling Instaflex I received another shipment. I called Instaflex and spoke with customer service representative Henry, who insisted it couldn't be returned.

He said he could only for over 15 minutes when I asked to speak to a manager. Another call to Instaflex (with a much more pleasant customer service representative) ended with receiving a return merchandise authorization number. I still lose money (shipping) for something I cancelled to begin with. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

What happened to good quality customer service? What happened to "the customer is always right?" I'm very, very dissapointed with this company.

Monetary Loss: $80.
