Three weeks after cancelling Instaflex I received another shipment.I called Instaflex and spoke with customer service representative Henry, who insisted it couldn't be returned.
He said he could only for over 15 minutes when I asked to speak to a manager. Another call to Instaflex (with a much more pleasant customer service representative) ended with receiving a return merchandise authorization number. I still lose money (shipping) for something I cancelled to begin with. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
What happened to good quality customer service?What happened to "the customer is always right?" I'm very, very dissapointed with this company.
