Even if the pills may have helped, I will not do business with this company again. They just sent a 30 day supply and charged my Visa over $70.

They tricked me into giving them my Visa info by saying the sample was free but I needed to pay the postage of $4.99. Most people that benefit from this type of medication are elderly. Most elderly would not know how to stop these shipments and the charges. I did not open the shipment they sent to me without my authorization.

I simply wrote RETURN TO SENDER on the pkg. and sent it back. Now I will have to dispute the credit card charge to get rid of the charge. I have gone through entirely too much hassle, at my age, to trust a company that takes advantage of elderly or ill!

I now have to figure out how to get my money back, plus they have my Visa info and will probably sell my personal info to who knows what!^&&*(0

There is no such thing as getting something for "free". The terms and conditions on the website clearly state that you will be charged for shipping, and enrolled in their automatic shipment program unless you cancel timely. If it sounds too good to be true, well, you can be sure it's not true.

Vitamins, teeth whitening, weight loss scams all the same.Spam.

Do not give your credit card number or bank information over the phone or on the web. Call card company and tell them you authorized the shipping but not the $70 purchase. You should have done this before you sent back the stuff. Then, have them cancel your old card and replace it with a new one, they gladly do this and it costs nothing.

Next time you are tempted by say a free cruise, look up the history of the company, any complaints.

I do not care how old you are, information is immense on these sites.

Same thing happened to me.I called GNC direct and made changes on shipping schedule.

So far, they abide with the schedule I gave them.

If you won't tell them, they will send you monthly and charge you accordingly.

This is a scam, cant believe GNC would stoop to cheating and tricking elderly people.

As you can guess, same thing happened to me.

:p You people need to pay attention - they tell you clearly that the trial offer is free with $4.99 shipping and that YOU MUST CANCEL within 18 days or YOU WILL receive a monthly supply and be billed for it. Typical - only listen to the part that says FREE!

Good point Karen. How about those TV commercials particularly for vehicles and financing where the small print is shown below?

Just for fun while watching a football game I armed myself with a magnifying glass and waited.Yep, lots there!

They told me up front that the $4.99 was for shipping. The product was free.

It helped me greatly and am on an autoship program. When I called to tell them I'd just get it directly from GNC, they made me an offer of $29.99 per month plus shipping. I took the offer and I'm greatly satisfied.

The pain in my knees has been reduced nearly 100%.I'm a satisfied customer!

BUY SOME IN STORE ONLY!DO NOT REQUEST FREE SAMPLE!

it is not free you will be signed up for automatic billing, there is no way around this.

You have been warned, just go by a GNC and purchase, GNC is the only store selling this product. The site selling "free" samples will sign you up for monthly supply and will take months to cancel.
