On 11-4-2011, I feel for the ad claiming to receive a 'sample' of Instaflex for the shipping cost of $4.99.I authorized my credit card for the debit of $4.99.
Today (11-21-2011), a debit for $74.98 was charged to my credit card. When I called the 'customer support' number, I was told I didn't click the 'box.' THERE WAS NO BOX to click. I did receive an email that my Instaflex 30 day supply order had been cancelled, but it will take 1-5 business days for the 'credit' to appear on my credit card amount. Just so happens that I had other orders pending, and this is a credit card that is pay as you go.
I am now overdrawn on the account, the other orders are in limbo and I have no guarantee that I'll get my $74.98 back. Try to figure out how to 'dispute' a Paypal charge. The transaction must be completed first. So that means Instaflex automatically gets money and I have to wait 45 days to dispute the transaction.
DON'T FALL FOR THIS FRAUDULENT ADVERTIZEMENT.
IT'S BOGUS, PHONEY AND FRAUDULENT.Janet/OKC
