I am pleased to say, my husband called the company and told them they were not given permission to take money out of my account, they gave him a code number to put on the package of pills they sent,and told us to write it on the package and say attention to mike and soon as they got their package back they put my money back in my account. It took about two weeks but I finally got it, thanks so much.

The package needs to be returned unopened, I suggest you call and talk to them, I think they will try to help, just be careful about ordering things online.

I too ordered the "FREE" Instaflex however I suspected that there really is NOTHING for free so I read the company Agreement. This agreement stated that one has 18 days after ordering to CANCEL otherwise they would begin sending additional supplies and charge ones CREDIT CARD

THE ANSWER TO COMPANIES THAT DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS IS TO CANCEL THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO EXTEND THE DATE ON WHICH THEY WILL RE-up your order.

Even if the product is good doing business under these circumstances is highly IMMORAL if not illegal.
