There is no doubt it is a scam. I received the trial and was then billed for 74.98, which I never received.

I called Instaflex and was told I would have to send back the product. How can I send it back, if I never received it. I then called my credit card company and disputed the claim. I am now going to call the BBB and report them as a scam.

One lesson I did learn is not to order from pop-ups. In reading the reports about the company everyone has the same problem or similiar ones.

Monetary Loss: $74.

I had the same problem but I send the product back with a RMA number from them almost three months ago and as of yet I have not received my refund of $74.98. They claim that they do not have any records of receiveing this item back from me.If this is how Instaflex runs their business it's wrong. I don't want to have to pay for something that I did not use and that did not help me with my pain all I want is my money back.

I screwed up also and ask for the "free" trial, and I paid the postage, etc. I hate auto renew stuff.

This one is a scam!

My question is: would it be worth my time and money to send this $74.98 stuff back for a refund? Has anyone ever received a refund?
