Can't tell you anything re Instafflex product. Ordered sample;was in too much pain too tell if helping. complaint is service. Called 3 times for prepaid label. First time, exlained I went to hospital, had an unplanned surgery, now in nursing home rehab unit. will be here approx. 1 month. Was in extreme pain at home; forgot to call in on time to cancel their prescheduled order.
Called in 1st week of month; they had already mailed out their product. Called in to request prepaidlabel to return product since it was not carelessness, but unexpected medical problem that caused my lateness. Man nice; said he would have label mailed. 2nd time at end of month, man nice;
said mail label. 3rd time week later, man cordial, said mailed out both labels, check and see if not here. I checked; called back; woman was cold. Said they are calling center, can't mail out label. Told her they put it in computer and it was forwarded to site that would mail. She said warehouse would have to mail.
Asked for email or phone #;told they have none. She made it known they wouldn't mail out a label.
Ilooked for an email 'conact us'. They have phone # and mailing address only. Can't run anything off at nursing home from my computer. Can't get to P.O., P.O. only picks up posted mail from here.
