Instaflex continued to send their product even after I put in writing my request to stop sending the product. Today I cancelled my account by phone (or so I hope). When I asked about my letter, the associate asked what address I sent it to as she stated they have numerous wharehouses.

This is incredibly deceptive to continue to take payments from consumers who have requested the product to stop. Cancelling should be an easy process - and it is with honest companies.

And, to add insult to injury, the product is completely useless. Perhaps the former professional football player, who endorses the product is suffering from concussion issues.............
