Customers are under no obligation to purchase other items but it appears to you selected to add this on a one time basis to your order. We also show you contacted us shortly after ordering and received return instructions to get a full refund on this item. They took to much money off my credit card

They advertised the merchandise wrong and I am not happy having $29.99

taken off my card, when it said for Seniors 2 weeks free! I never read that I would become a member. This is not advertising in my book.

We do offer service via the phone number you called and spoke with a rep, but we also offer customer service via our self serve portal which we don't show you as having registered, we offer support over email and SMS, as well as the contact form on our website. You were sent an automated email confirming your cancellation. If you need anything further, you can always respond to that email and we'd be happy to help you.

I have been trying to cancel this product for months now

No one answers my calls to cancel my instaflex.

I have written you with regards to this and I am sending a copy of the letter to the attorney general.

Cancel my monthly instaflex ASAP.

Ive been trying to reach customer service for 2 months now with regards to this!

User's recommendation: It’s too hard to cancel their auto refill. No one to talk to and no one answers the number related to the charge on your credit card.

In addition to live phone support, we do offer support through email and SMS, as well as a self service portal where customers can manage their own accounts. You would have received an invitation to register after placing your initial order. Our records show your account is canceled and that you should have received an automated email confirming this as well. We show you received only 1 shipment after your trial period. Wasn't please on what I was charged.

I am really upset, i was put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. I would like my subscription cancelled.

Also, i don't understand why i was charge an additional $75.00. Please cancel subscription and what ever you have that authorizing a payment.

Cancel order of bottle of Instaflex

Please cancel shipment of the first bottle of Instaflex. I have received the 14-day sample.

I will know shortly if Instaflex would be of any benefit as I need a hip replacement and will be discussing it with my doctor shortly.

If I still need more flexibility, I'll reorder. Thank you.

Customer service

The last customer service representative is the only one of the four I tried to call and cancel my subscription with that wasn't rude , talked loudly interrupting me and the last lady was nice and helpful. The first three I called over the last two weeks were the rudest people I have EVER had to deal with!

I was charged for a product I never received!

The product made me sick and I had a family member die during the trial period! Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

A charge on my bank account i did not approve

I looked at my bank account. It shows you charged me $82.44 for something I did not approve of.

This money needs to go back into my account immediately. I do not have extra money in my account any money that is in there is for my bills due. Now a bill is not going to go through because you took money from my account. I need the monety back in my bank account.

Is this some kind of a joke.. I am on a very tight limited budget. The money in my bank account is already being used for my bills. There isn't any extra for you to take $82.44.

Return this amount immediately to my bank account or I will report it as fraud through my bank. I did not order this.

Hi John - The retail or MSRP on Instaflex Advanced is $69.99, plus any applicable shipping or tax. Depending on location (due to local taxes) the price can vary and in some instanced be $81 or $82. We do run promotions from time to time and do offer discounts for bulk purchases. Our records show that you were able to speak to a representative and they were able to help you with your price to be more consistent with past purchases. Speak to a representative about my order

I dialed the 800 number provided but there was no answer. I called a few days ago and was out on hold, after 45 minutes of waiting on someone to help me, I hung up.

i am very unhappy with the service and lack of miscommunication. originally, I was told the trial bottlle would only cost me shipping and handling. nothing was said that i would be charged $83.00 and something which was coming out of my checking account. i was so embarrased to call my bank on that charge.

then to my suprise, i got another bottle which neither shipment had an invoice. the next thing i knew, another debit was on my bank account. would you please reimburse my checking account for the two separate charges. i am on a fixed income and have to watch what i spend.

i still have two bottles that have not been used. i honestly did not take any of the pills because of maybe reacting negative way. i take so much medicine. just reimburse my money to my online banking and let me know where to return the bottles of medicine.

i sure do wish i had known this was an automatic withdrawal.

I received a free bottle of your product

I paid for shipping. Now you charge me 75.59,when I did not order your product.

I have turned it over to the fraud investigation of my bank.

We have canceled all of our orders but have received 3 more bottles--. You keep sending them under 2 different names: {{Redacted}}.

We are old & feel we are being scammed and charged for them. We have already paid to send one bottle back but have 3 more here.

Worthless

Doesnt work. Thought I was only getting the trial then you tried to get more money.

Card is blocked. Tried to stop before but you kept trying. Dont want the pills. Still dont have the email that I have been promised to stop this.

Send it now before I recall USSA or go even further. The card is going to be changed
