Don’t want to receive any more Insta flex it doesn’t work for me

I ordered a sample of lnstraflex I use the sample and it did absolutely nothing for me and yesterday I got another bottle in the mail which I did not order. I dont want anymore.

Its no damn good and I wanna know how to return this because Im not going to use it. Call me at 302-763-****.

Ive been trying to get someone from Customer Service on the phone and all I get is a runaround. I think this is a scam.

I have a $82 bill from my account and I have never signed up for this

I I just checked my account and its taken $82 and change out of it and Im very upset..want a refund!

I can't submit a message to cancel my subscription until my email address is verified. You have 5 minutes to use the code and verify your email address.

When you purchase this sample, you are not obligated to buy anything else if you cancel your trial within the 18 day trial period. We do show that you attempted to place an order 4 times the other day and that your card was declined each of the times. If you would like to attempt to place an order again for a sample, you are more than welcome to do so. We also offer discount programs for Seniors and others if you would like to buy a full month supply but at a discounted price. Any one of our representatives will be able to tell you about this if you call in. You can also email us at support@instaflex.com and we can assist with this as well.

My card won't work

I was purchasing the 14 day free sample, when my card wouldn't work I called the tool free number , they did not honer the 14 day free sample but tried to bill me almost 70$ ...

Have not received my package

I have not received my package. I find the heading of your email very offensive.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Once I receive my package I will be canceling my subscription.

Hi Joyce - we're sorry if there was any confusion. When you called in the prompts you chose allowed you to cancel your account without having to speak with a live person. We're sorry if you were confused by this but we view this as a positive as you can interact with our company fast without having to wait for a live agent. As it stands now, your account was canceled within the trial period and you won't be shipped or billed anything else.

Cancel Instaflex subscription

I thought I was just ordering one bottle. However, it keeps coming so I must have signed up for a subscription. I would like to cancel that subscription now.

We're sorry if you were surprised by or confused by any aspects of the trial program. We show all the terms of the program on the checkout page, above the checkout button and require all customers to check a box stating they have read and agree to them before they can complete their order. We also include a copy of the terms in the email receipt, as you referenced. Should you need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

I cannot pay after 14 days about $65 dollars or whatever the price is. I have to cancel .
