I am really upset, i was put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. I would like my subscription cancelled.
Also, i don't understand why i was charge an additional $75.00. Please cancel subscription and what ever you have that authorizing a payment.

The last customer service representative is the only one of the four I tried to call and cancel my subscription with that wasn't rude , talked loudly interrupting me and the last lady was nice and helpful. The first three I called over the last two weeks were the rudest people I have EVER had to deal with!
I was charged for a product I never received!
The product made me sick and I had a family member die during the trial period! Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Speak to a representative about my order
I dialed the 800 number provided but there was no answer. I called a few days ago and was out on hold, after 45 minutes of waiting on someone to help me, I hung up.
i am very unhappy with the service and lack of miscommunication. originally, I was told the trial bottlle would only cost me shipping and handling. nothing was said that i would be charged $83.00 and something which was coming out of my checking account. i was so embarrased to call my bank on that charge.
then to my suprise, i got another bottle which neither shipment had an invoice. the next thing i knew, another debit was on my bank account. would you please reimburse my checking account for the two separate charges. i am on a fixed income and have to watch what i spend.
i still have two bottles that have not been used. i honestly did not take any of the pills because of maybe reacting negative way. i take so much medicine. just reimburse my money to my online banking and let me know where to return the bottles of medicine.
i sure do wish i had known this was an automatic withdrawal.

User's recommendation: make sure the customer knows for sure what is going to happen. make sure someone is with you to make sure all is on the up and up.
