Instaflex - Scammed $$.

Instaflex - Scammed $$.
Instaflex - Scammed $$.
Product came from U.S. NOT Canada = extra $41.00 duty on top of the credit card payment charge for the product payable at the time of delivery to your door. You are not informed about that extra charge (monthly!!). I was adamant about the total cost to me and was assured several times that all i payed ongoing was the cost of the instaflex itself. They give you 18 days to cancel, however the product takes over 14 days to have any affect (my oh duh moment) how do you know if you want more within 18 days of starting the product? So they have my $14.00 for the sample order, + the $50 on the second Credit Card order already, as i did not cancel within 18 days. Today i refused the 2nd order at the door. The postal delivery person stated that i am not the 1st refusal of the product she has dealt with recently due to the additional charge. When "Available in Canada" is headlined on the ad page why is my order coming from the States (they have may Canadian address). Their product may or may not i am too pissed off to ever find out.

InstaFlex Joint Supplement - Free Trial

InstaFlex Joint Supplement - Free Trial
I did the free trial and Instaflex started charging my credit card repeatedly. I returned the product and they still didn't refund my money. It was $75 a month. I didn't notice right away because my family was moving and I didn't review my credit card statements very thoroughly for two months in a row. Once I noticed, I started to call them. It's been several weeks and they finally gave me half but still owe me $150 dollars. I have taken this to my credit card and to the better Business Bureau. Don't trust this company and fall for their very expensive FREE TRIAL. I work in the natural supplement industry and think they are giving all companies a bad name.

Instaflex charged my account without my authorization

Instaflex charged my account without my authorization
I saw this Instaflex free trial sample on Yahoo. It claimed that in order to get a free sample all you have to do is pay shipping for 4.99$. When I went to my bank I saw a charged on my account of 74.98$. I called the Customer care of Instaflex website & was told that by authorizing the free sample it is automatically signed up for a whole year of subscription.Nothing was noted like this when I signed up for a free trial.I don't think that anyone within reasonable mind would agree to this agreement had this been stated on the free trial statement. Why would someone would allow to be billed for a whole year worth of product when you don't know if the product is worth it or not , or whether it will work or not. That is why it is a trial. This is a brilliant way to scam.I tried Instaflex for a week & had to discontinue it due to it gave me so many other side effects which I think have a mix reactions with some other prescriptions & vitamins I am taking. It gives me nausea, heartburn, headache, bloating, constipation, agitation & anxiety. I know it has something to do with Instaflex becoz I marked it on my calendar when I start taking it & when I stopped it the symptoms went away.I was so pissed when I saw that on top of it a humongous charged is billed on my account. Now I have to ship this back to them which is another payment & worst of all aggravation. This type of scam should be prosecuted with the maximum force of the law becoz those people & companies who have legitimate business & good intentions selling or offering legitimate products are being shunned away fearing that all advertisers online are scam.Buyer Beware...Tell Yahoo to take them off from their ad. This kind of scam is poisonous to our freedom to use the internet. With this experience I certainly won't dare to use online transactions again.Which is a bummer becoz it is so convenient to do for someone who is disabled & sick.

Instaflex's reply to:

08/02/2010 Unauthorized Charge DDL*INSTAFLEX 30DAY SP $74.98

08/02/2010 Unauthorized Charge DDL*INSTAFLEX 30DAY SP $74.98
INSTAFLEX Misleading Charge me on 8/02/2010 Unauthorized Charge DDL*INSTAFLEX 30DAY SP $74.98 12 days after recieving their trial product by mail. I did not authorize them to charge nor did they advise of the same. People beware of this scam, the product is a placebo and has no benefit or is it a remedie for what it claims. You were reading a complaint about Instaflex. Filing a new complaint about The Instaflex company took 74.98 from my account in January. Soon after I received the product I called the customer service no. and got a RMA no. to return the product . I took it to the post office and handed it to the postal worker and still did not receive the refund. They tell me they never received it. How did they get to me? I have called numerous times and they tell me to talk to a supervisor and put me on hold or promise to have someone contact me within 72 hrs. and I'm still waiting. Do not ever order from them ! It doesn't work anyway!!
