Instaflex - Help Fibro also

I will not take opioids and so rely on Instaflex. They are a God send and have taken at least half the chronic pain away. When you have Fibro pain there is nothing that you can take to take away the pain that is not an opioids which leave you unable to drive and be normal. Instafles takes away at least half the pain and is wonderful. I would recommend his product to anyone needing help for pain, movement, etc. thank you so much We have a Fibro group and I have gotten a number of them to use Instaflex and as to the others they will not give up the opioids Such a shame.

I decided to try the free trial for just shipping and as it went through checkout they had an offer to add another two weeks for 17.00 more at this time only so I thought OK maybe it would take more then two weeks so opted to do that so my total should have been about 20.86.Later upon looking at my visa bill I see they charged me 3.86 on one charge and a separate charge of 29.99 for the other and shipped together but billed it like I ordered that separately at full price.I tried going through customer service and they could not explain why it was billed separately on different orders but shipped together.....I can and its called SCAM

Our records show you signed up for 2 different trial, one on 6/18 and one on 6/19. This is why you see you were charged twice as much for the trial. We however caught the 2nd shipment, stopped it, and issued you a refund. This was for the 6/19 order, and that account was canceled. Your order from 6/18 shipped the following morning and on 7/6, 18 days later, not the 7 you assert below, your account went into monthly shipment. We canceled your account for you as posting this complaint is the first form of communication we have received from you since placing your two orders. Poor customer service

My initial order was charged $9.99 on my credit card instead of the $4.95 as mentioned originally.l Then they charged $78.73 only after 7days instead of the 14day allowance to decide whether i wanted to continue or not. This is unacceptable.

I has no choice but to accept this.

I do not appreciate their lack of commitment and do not want any more of these shipments. I will find another way SO please honor my request and do not send anymore, as I will advise my Credit card company to refuse any further charge Besides, if i want some more, i can get it at GNC at a cost of half the price.

On July 7, 2017, my credit card statement showed a charge for $4.99 from Instaflex. I had never contacted the company or initiated an order in any way, and in fact had never even heard of Instaflex.

I immediately canceled my credit card and filed a fraud report with my card company. A few days later I received a "sample" in the mail from Instaflex, again something I had never ordered. This posting of a complaint has been my first contact of any kind with Instaflex.

I consider this type of unsolicited order to be fraudulent given Instaflex initiated the order without any action on my part. I don't know how they got my credit card number.
