Instaflex in Cleveland, Ohio - This product is unsafe for my dad

Please do not send this product to walter ogrean anymore. He had an adverse reaction and had to be hospitalized. He is not allowed to take this re: doctors orders. Instaflex MS#730. I will be sending this product back to you, please do not bill him. He has congestive heart failure, and is diabetic. This computer will not let me make paragraphs. His leg was amputated and he is bad shape. he thought he could help his shoulder with product and it was not the answer. He took a fall and tore his rotor cuff and it didn't work.

Instaflex in New York, New York - I ordered a trial and they sent and charge a full order for $74.98.

I ordered a sample of Instaflex for $4.99 shipping and two weeks they sent me a full order and charged my credit card $74.98 without my permission. Besides that it did absolutely nothing for my knee or neck pain. All it did was make me dizzy. Now I am having trouble even finding a telephone number for them. This a scam if I have ever seen one. If I don't find a way soon to get credit for the $74.98 I will no course but to contact the attorney general and register a complaint, this has got to be against the law.

Instaflex in Bellevue, Washington - Istaflex-you guy's are a riot

I read Instaflex reviews - Amazon, here and instaflex site. I agree with some reviewers-everyone "authorised" Instaflex to deduct monthly card payments. Funniest question - "how did they get my card #?" You gave it to ship product! However I would be pissed if it happened to me. There is no free lunch -i read conditions when offered free product. It's common practice-like book clubs sending monthly book unless you cancel. I hate these auto deals - don't even give address unless i know I'll buy. BTW, many Amazon reviwers said takes 2 months to work -not 14 days

Instaflex

There is no doubt it is a scam. I received the trial and was then billed for 74.98, which I never received. I called Instaflex and was told I would have to send back the product. How can I send it back, if I never received it. I then called my credit card company and disputed the claim. I am now going to call the BBB and report them as a scam. One lesson I did learn is not to order from pop-ups. In reading the reports about the company everyone has the same problem or similiar ones.

Instaflex in Austin, Texas - Instraflex

I called in for the free trial of Instraflex for my mother that lives three hours away and just pay the 4.99 shipping fee so I did. Well Since Sept. 2010 - Feb. 2011 I have been charge $74 a month and I had not idea. I never check my statements ever so I had not idea till I paid my balanced off and saw the charge for February 2011. My mom never said anything about the pill coming in every month so I had no idea. That is so wrong of the company to do that. $400 I paid till now. Pist off at this *** company.

Instaflex in Orange Park, Florida - They debited our account without authorization and no refund

We did a trial order for $4.95 for S/H only. We did not reorder because it did not work. I was checking my banking account and saw an unauthorized debit for $74.98. Immediately called the office and the rep stated he would stop additional shipment and would only refund $20.00, we told him no, this was not acceptable, we did not order and did not want this shipment. We told him this was a scam and we wanted our money back. He stated he would stop the shipment and refund our money. We did not wait for him to use our account we cancelled our card with the bank. We wrote a letter informing them of this and requested a check be sent for the refund. We sent the shipment back with a return receipt requested in January 2011 and have not heard from them. We have reported to the consumer fraud service and everyone we know. There have been others that were scammed out of their money also, check the web. Some have been debited hundreds of dollars. Beware this is not a reliable company.

Instaflex in Bristol, Tennessee - Made a charge, I placed no order.

When I checked my account I found a charge for seventy some dollars I didn't wasn't made by me. I'm on fixed income so I have to stay on a strict budget. I can't afford to have an unplanned charge on my account, so I need you to remove the charge mainly because I didn't approve it. If I decide later to get the product I'll contact you, until then I don't need any more unexpected charges. For now I'll keep this between us, but I'm knowledgeable enough of the legal system to take it farther if I need to. Thank You J. C. Hicks

Instaflex in Des Moines, Iowa - Unauthorized Charge

INSTAFLEX Charge me for 3 consecutives months. Unauthorized Charge DDL*INSTAFLEX 30DAY SP $74.98, 12 days after recieving their trial product by mail. I did not authorize them to charge me, they said I agree with the montly supply (there are small letters that I didn't see it). People beware of this scam, the product has no benefit.I lost $150, because I didn't complain to the company on time and if you don return the supply before 1 month they will not return your money. They don't care if you complain about this charges. Don't buy this product.

Instaflex in Washington, Missouri - Attempted to Automatically Renew a Subscription

Instaflex tried to automatically renew my order beyond the 14 day trial. However, I ordered the $4.99 trial with only $12.00 in my Paypal account, therefore, they cannot charge the $69.99 as there are no funds available. I spent the last $7 on gas. Question is; will they be able to take the next deposit I make to my Paypal account? I intend to contact them and cancel my order before I ever make another deposit! Meanwhile, my Paypal account is held hostage until I can straighten this situation out. Their product gave me heartburn and I am not sure it made any difference in the joint pain I feel. I have good days and bad days.
