Instaflex's reply to:

INSTAFLEX - I wish I would have been to this site before ordering

Instaflex - yes, they said my account will be credited for the product they sent that I never ordered but I shouldn't have had to deal with this at all. It is a SCAM - I went back and repeated my order to find the hitch - when you try to pay $4.99 for the trial, you must "check" the Terms & Conditions box which of course has a consent for their charging almost $75 a month in super small print that is actually out of focus too -I am going to have to change my CC number now too - DON'T DO IT - You'll be Sorry you did

Instaflex - authorized or unauthorized charges?

People, please stop calling them "unauthorized charges" (except for those occurring post-cancellation). I'm seeing a lot of "I ordered the trial and two weeks later they charged me $74.98. I never authorized that second charge." Someone even complained that the $4.99 shipping/handling charge was unauthorized!! Why the heck do you think you gave them you credit card number if not to pay shipping and handling, genius? Read this carefully: If you purchased the "free trial" for a shipping charge of $4.99, you authorized the next charge UNLESS you cancelled within 18 days of placing your order. The full notice on the Free Trial Order page, DIRECTLY under the giant arrow you click to get your free trial and impossible to miss, says: "Click the 'Rush My Trial' button at right to receive a free 14-day trial of Instaflex. Pay only shipping and handling today and have no obligation to buy anything in the future as long as you call to cancel within 18 days after the date you place your order. (This allows 4 days shipping and processing plus your 14 day trial period). To cancel, call 1-877-869-3310. If you don't cancel within the next 18 days, you will be automatically enrolled in the Instaflex Auto-Ship Program. Begining at the end of the trial period and about every 30 days thereafter, we will send you a one month supply of Instaflex for the highly discounted rate of $69.99 plus $4.99 for shipping and handling, automatically charged to the card you provide today. Cancel any time." So, complain if you cancelled your subscription and they continued to charge you and ship product and refused to issue a refund. Complain if they shipped your first full bottle less than 18 days after you placed your original order. Complain that they lied about the price being a "highly discounted rate of $69.99," since that's $1 more than you pay at Amazon.com & Drugstore.com, and the same as you pay at GNC (the only other places to buy it) - and $15 more than GNC if you use a GNC Gold Card when you purchase. But stop whining about charges you had every reason to know were forthcoming except that you didn't bother to read the terms. Sheesh, people, use your brains, won't you?

Instaflex

If all you Idiots would just read, you wouldn't feel 'scammed' and would know that you are ordering a TRIAL or SAMPLE bottle, and if you don't call to cancel you'll be billed for and shipped a new supply of the product every month. It's not the company's fault you put your credit card info onto their site and didn't make sure you knew what you were signing up for, they tell you, you just chose not to read and understand, and then you run to the internet to complain when YOU alone were the one responsible for knowing what you're doing with your credit card information!

Instaflex in Delhi, Delhi - Don't give your credit card number to these guys. They are a big fraud.

I was offered this product for free trial for which I had to pay shipping and handling. My misfortune - this is how they got my credit card number. Now that I am traveling out of the country, I checked my online credit card account, and to my amazement found a charge of some $74 for a one month supply of the product. I never requested this order, nor have I had a chance to feel the results of the pills I received for trial. Please be careful when you give them your credit number. They can charge arbitrarily. I have informed my credit card company of this fraud.

They have my information when I first placed an order thank you

InstaFlex- Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!

Main Point: Product does not work More Importantly: I canceled within the time period and they still withdrew from my account. They shipped the product anyway after I already canceled. I used an alternative Bank account that has very little $$ in it, so after their charge I was overdraft with an additional $30 dollar overdraft fee. I called them and they said they would refund me after they recieved the product back, but they would not cover my overdraft fees. I sent the product back the day I recieved it. I recieved a partial refund and thats all. Fraud Alert!!!

Instaflex in Aliso Viejo, California - Sent product without a consensus

I came across a free 14 days product trial (Join support product) when I searched the web. I submitted and participated the free trial. For less than 14 and without a phone call or survey from Instaflex team on the product, all of the sudden the product is sent to me and charged to me without any notice or consensus. As always, a free trial product is a no purchase obigation agreement and I should not be getting this product on a regular basis and be charged for it. Please do not participate and be trap just like myself and others.

A good word for Instaflex

I signed for what I thought was just a trial supply of Instaflex for $5. In doing so, I inadvertently signed up for an automatic monthly $74.98 shipment. Misleading perhaps, but it's my own fault for not paying attention to the order information. After I noticed the $74.98 charge to my Visa, I called Instaflex. I was given courteous treatment and an RMA number to use in returning the unopened package. I received the package and sent it back along with a delivery confirmation form. Instaflex credited my Visa account for the $74.98 within a week.

Instaflex in San Antonio, Texas - Unauthorized charge & excuses for nonrefund

ordered INSTAFLEX for free sample bottle at a charge of $4.95 which was charged to my credit card I did not authorize any other charges. I received my sample and two weeks later I received a charge of $74.98 on my credit card. I did call and was told to return the package as soon as I received it with a code marked on the package which was about 6 weeks ago. I have made 3 calls to no avail. The second I called I was told I would receive a refund in a few days that was two weeks ago, today I was told that the package has not been received.
