Instaflex in Portland, Oregon - Ripped Off!!

For all of you that were ripped off by free trial from Instaflex, Read the FINE PRINT! There is a link called "Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the sign up page, the one where it says: give your personal information. You can do this before you enter your CC info. Here is what it says: Unless you cancel before the end of your trial period as specified above (within 18 days after placing your order), you will automatically be enrolled in our Auto-Ship program. We will ship your first 30-day supply of Instaflex at the end of your trial period, and you will be charged $74.98 plus any applicable tax. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh 30-day supply of Instaflex about every 30 days for as long as you stay a member of our auto-ship program. The card you provided when you ordered the trial product will be automatically charged $74.98 (plus tax if applicable) when each new product ships. To cancel future shipments in the auto-ship program, you must call 1-877-869-3310 at least 1 day prior to the date that your next monthly delivery ships. Now that you have had your head handed to you, maybe this is a good lesson to remember when you try this in the future. The internet is a good source of information when used intelligently. When there is a seemingly a good deal out there, ALWAYS do your research (google name) and read the fine print. End of lesson for today. Thanks for reading.

Instaflex charged my account without my authorization

Instaflex charged my account without my authorization
I saw this Instaflex free trial sample on Yahoo. It claimed that in order to get a free sample all you have to do is pay shipping for 4.99$. When I went to my bank I saw a charged on my account of 74.98$. I called the Customer care of Instaflex website & was told that by authorizing the free sample it is automatically signed up for a whole year of subscription.Nothing was noted like this when I signed up for a free trial.I don't think that anyone within reasonable mind would agree to this agreement had this been stated on the free trial statement. Why would someone would allow to be billed for a whole year worth of product when you don't know if the product is worth it or not , or whether it will work or not. That is why it is a trial. This is a brilliant way to scam.I tried Instaflex for a week & had to discontinue it due to it gave me so many other side effects which I think have a mix reactions with some other prescriptions & vitamins I am taking. It gives me nausea, heartburn, headache, bloating, constipation, agitation & anxiety. I know it has something to do with Instaflex becoz I marked it on my calendar when I start taking it & when I stopped it the symptoms went away.I was so pissed when I saw that on top of it a humongous charged is billed on my account. Now I have to ship this back to them which is another payment & worst of all aggravation. This type of scam should be prosecuted with the maximum force of the law becoz those people & companies who have legitimate business & good intentions selling or offering legitimate products are being shunned away fearing that all advertisers online are scam.Buyer Beware...Tell Yahoo to take them off from their ad. This kind of scam is poisonous to our freedom to use the internet. With this experience I certainly won't dare to use online transactions again.Which is a bummer becoz it is so convenient to do for someone who is disabled & sick.

Ddl instaflex took money from my account without authorization.

I ordered a trial sample of ddl instaflex for 4.99 April 2011. The product did not make any difference in the pain level and I wasn't going to order. I guess it doesn't matter what I want because I just checked my account and $74.98 was charged to my account. This business is a total scam and I can't believe they are still operating. This is the last time I order any trial *** again. I should have checked reviews and bbb before I ordered. I only hope I can get my money back but that seems doubtful. I'm definitely worried about this company having my account numbers. Jim

Instaflex - Free sample for 4.99 shipping

Even if the pills may have helped, I will not do business with this company again. They just sent a 30 day supply and charged my Visa over $70. They tricked me into giving them my Visa info by saying the sample was free but I needed to pay the postage of $4.99. Most people that benefit from this type of medication are elderly. Most elderly would not know how to stop these shipments and the charges. I did not open the shipment they sent to me without my authorization. I simply wrote RETURN TO SENDER on the pkg. and sent it back. Now I will have to dispute the credit card charge to get rid of the charge. I have gone through entirely too much hassle, at my age, to trust a company that takes advantage of elderly or ill! I now have to figure out how to get my money back, plus they have my Visa info and will probably sell my personal info to who knows what! ^&&*(0

Instaflex in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Charging my bank card

I tried Instaflex with only a sample where I paid for shipping with my bank card and the company is now sending more and charging my bank card. These people are crooks!! The product is as phony as the company. Beware of these thefts. These seek to take advantage of your sufferings with no relief of pain only re-leaving your bank account with their scam. Stay away from their lies and crooked deals. This product is not Kosher, and only consists of junk shellfish. I plan on legal action with these underhanded gangsters. Beware of giving out your card number to these crooks! Lilian and Larry Gallagher

Instaflex in Chicago, Illinois - UPSET CUSTOMER

I ORDERED A SAMPLE OF THE PRODUCT & WITHOUT ORDERING ANY MORE I GOT ANOTHER SHIPMENT. IF I WANTED MORE OF THE INSTAFLEX I WOULD HAVE ORDERED IT. I DISLIKE BEING USED. WHEN ORDERING THE SAMPLE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WITH A CREIDT CARD & THEN THE COMPANY USES THAT INFORMATON TO SEND YOU MORE, EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT IT. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN A PERSON ORDERS A SAMPLE, THAT IS JUST WHAT THEY WANT,THEY DON'T WANT TO GET ANOTHR SHIPMENT UNLESS THEY ORDER IT THEMSELVES.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION ON THIS MATTER. JOAN

Instaflex Cancel to Save

I have gotten results from Instaflex but I decided to cancel my auto-shipment due to the price - about $75.00 a month. When I called to cancel they told me they could continue my auto-shipment for about $35.00 a month. They refunded $40.00 for last month and gave me 90 days to take advantage of the offer. SO - the moral of the story is - if you're on auto-ship for full price, call to cancel and you'll save $40.00 a month!!! Have your customer id available. The phone # is 1-877-869-3310.
