Instaflex in Keene, New Hampshire - Sent me new orders without my approval

Ordered sample and then received a full bottle and was charged and today received another bottle with another bill without approval. I will be notifying my charge card not not pay for either bottle. I will be sending back for credit. Instaflex is the product and it did not work for my wife. The sample was tried with no obvious results and I wonder what kind of problems I will have in getting credit as it was advertised as guarantee or your money refunded. I am finding more and more problems with Internet orders of this kind. When someone is having a problem they will try almost anything that might give them some relief.

Instaflex in Sioux Falls, South Dakota - Girl said couldn't send prepaid label, they are call center.

Can't tell you anything re Instafflex product. Ordered sample;was in too much pain too tell if helping. complaint is service. Called 3 times for prepaid label. First time, exlained I went to hospital, had an unplanned surgery, now in nursing home rehab unit. will be here approx. 1 month. Was in extreme pain at home; forgot to call in on time to cancel their prescheduled order. Called in 1st week of month; they had already mailed out their product. Called in to request prepaidlabel to return product since it was not carelessness, but unexpected medical problem that caused my lateness. Man nice; said he would have label mailed. 2nd time at end of month, man nice; said mail label. 3rd time week later, man cordial, said mailed out both labels, check and see if not here. I checked; called back; woman was cold. Said they are calling center, can't mail out label. Told her they put it in computer and it was forwarded to site that would mail. She said warehouse would have to mail. Asked for email or phone #;told they have none. She made it known they wouldn't mail out a label. Ilooked for an email 'conact us'. They have phone # and mailing address only. Can't run anything off at nursing home from my computer. Can't get to P.O., P.O. only picks up posted mail from here. just what do they expect me to do??????

Instaflex in San Leandro, California - READ terms and conditions FIRST

I orderd the trial and got it. Upon further research to determine if it was safe to take (yes, I should have done more reading before I ordered the trial), I learned that by getting the trial offer, I was signing up for an auto shipment monthly for $74.98. This is the only way I leaned about this. Upon searching further on their website, I did see in 'terms and conditions" that I was signing up for a monthly delivery. But really, who reads the all that?? If it were upfront, it should have stated in the same size font and place where it advertises the trial. Upon calling instaflex customer service, and cancelling future deliveries and charges, I was advised that if I wanted to stay with the future orders, it could be at $49 instead of $78. Not sure if that was the first order or all subsequent orders. I still cancelled. And maybe the product works and maybe I am cutting my nose off to spite my face; I don't like being manipulated like that. Would have been much better to be more upfront with it.

Instaflex Billing Practices

I came to this site to find out if Instaflex works. I wanted to read the reviews and decide for myself. I'm very disheartened to see the complaints on this page! When I was looking at getting my "free" 14-day supply, I read the fine-print carefully before pulling that trigger. First off, they charge you $4.99 for shipping on the "free" trial; second, it CLEARLY states in the paragraph right next to the submit button that you will be charged in 18 days for a full 30-day supply bottle unless you cancel before that time. It tells you at least 3 times that you can call and cancel before the 18-day period so as to not be billed. In this day and age, anyone that purchases online should be reading all of the fine-print BEFORE giving out their credit card information! In reply to someone that stated that you can only get this product through this website, again, a little research would have shown that you can get it from other sites. GNC is listed right at the top of the free trial page as the supplier. If you go to GNC's website, you can purchase it for $69.99, but with the GNC gold card, you can get it for $46.00 and free shipping! I also saw that you can get it from other places such as Amazon. I really wish this site would have shared more information as to whether the product worked or not and not just bashed the billing practices.

Instaflex charged me $75.00 Plus $4.99 trial offer without my permission

I don't remember ever going to websight for instaflex or even ordering product. I would never pay that much for medicine.I can't afford this with no approval. Now I have to wait til I receive product and then get my money back when. I could use money for real medicine. I can get mobic for $10.00 at pharmacy. The girl at instaflex said I had to order to get my information,I don't recall. I searched my history and I was looking at coupons and I couldn't even figure out how to print them. If I wanted this product I could find something like it cheaper.

Instaflex in Livingston, New Jersey - Charged w/o my permission

I ordered a "free" sample of Instaflex on line. I had to pay shipping. Received the sample with no paperwork. 2 weeks later I received a full bottle also wiith no paperwork. Was in the hospital and didn't check my Discover card till today. I see they have charged me $74.98 for this second bottle. The Rheumatoid suppliment has not helped my RA and now I am out the 74.98 until my dispute is settled. I would tell anyone that is thinking of getting their "free" sample on their Instaflex Sight...to think about it long and hard. What a rip off!

Instaflex FRAUD

On 11-4-2011, I feel for the ad claiming to receive a 'sample' of Instaflex for the shipping cost of $4.99. I authorized my credit card for the debit of $4.99. Today (11-21-2011), a debit for $74.98 was charged to my credit card. When I called the 'customer support' number, I was told I didn't click the 'box.' THERE WAS NO BOX to click. I did receive an email that my Instaflex 30 day supply order had been cancelled, but it will take 1-5 business days for the 'credit' to appear on my credit card amount. Just so happens that I had other orders pending, and this is a credit card that is pay as you go. I am now overdrawn on the account, the other orders are in limbo and I have no guarantee that I'll get my $74.98 back. Try to figure out how to 'dispute' a Paypal charge. The transaction must be completed first. So that means Instaflex automatically gets money and I have to wait 45 days to dispute the transaction. DON'T FALL FOR THIS FRAUDULENT ADVERTIZEMENT. IT'S BOGUS, PHONEY AND FRAUDULENT. Janet/OKC

Instaflex in Manhattan, Kansas - I think this is a scam

I also ordered my free supply, and have been waiting to see my oncologist to see if the ingredients will have any bad effects with my cancer meds. Much to my surprise when I got my large bottle and looked at my bank statement that I had been charged. I don't think I saw the place to cancel when I ordered my FREE SAMPLE, but assumed I would be given the chance before you sent any more and used my card number!!! I will send it back Monday and I want this cancelled immediately. Thanks, Mable Mullen I will know better next timw
