Instaflex charged my account via deceptive advertising

As per their advertising, I ordered a 14-day supply of this product for $4.99 and began taking it. Less than a month later (probably right after the 14-day period), I received another bottle. I didn't think I ordered this bottle, so I checked my account to find that not only was I charged the $4.99, but a later charge was found for $74.99. Somewhere on their website there is probably a statement that says if I don't cancel within a certain time (probably 14 days), then I will automatically be a continuing customer. After talking to their SECOND representative and complaining, she told me that it is easy to find this additional information on their website. But when a company advertises for a 14-day supply, that's what I expect to pay for, and for nothing else. I didn't even have time to determine whether the product was working. This is a scam, and any thoughts that I had of respecting this company are gone forever. Protect your charge account. Don't buy this product.

Instaflex in Sarnia, Ontario - Can`t find my RMA number

16 days have gone by since I returned my instaflex and no refund yet, infact they said they couldn`t find the RMA number even after I gave them the tracking number. they said it must be in the warehouse somewhere. I will never stepfoot in a GNC store again, as I believe this to be a scam to get you to continue to use the product. Only person you will TALK to is the call center people if you have any problems or concerns, so my advice is to stay away from this type of marketing as its a rip off

Instaflex NOT requested and credit needed

I ordered the Instaflex trial bottle for postate costing $4.99 and I received it. Yesterday I receibed an additional bottle which I did NOT order. Being disappointed with this company, I just sent Instaflex an email indicating I never requested the additional bottle nor did I authorize them to charge account for $74.98. I live on SS benefits and cannot affort this. Now the payments I have made with my CC will bounce since there are not enough funds. I want credit for the $74.98 (complete) plus any charges made on my card for bounced payments. Myrtha

Instaflex in Saint John's, Newfoundland And Labrador - I am glad I saw this site.

I ordered the free amples of instaflex like many. I got my product. Then I read this sirte. I called the number to find out about thesutoshipping scam I heard from this site. they said it is in the agreement that they can send you every month supply and charge you for it. I asked them to cancel it. The guy who ansered phone offer me 50 % off for the product. I told him nicely that I will try first and if I like it \i will call back. he agreed and I also asked him to email me to confirm the cancellation. he said he will do. Any for precaution I called my credit card company to cancell any further payment. they put a note on the card account that I aready cancelled the shippment of any kind.thanks every one for keeping the site alive.

Instaflex

I ordered instaflex and called in to cancel. They only refunded 1/3 of you money and refuse to refund the rest of it even though I never received the product. I have called in a few times but they refuse to issue a refund of any kind. No one will give me the address of the company in Boston Ma. I guess they are hiding from the Public and I guess that is good when you are stealing from them. I want to turn them into the BBB but they have never heard og them I guess. Instaflex in Midland, Texas - Unauthorized credit charge.

Concerning Order #2152097 on 1/15/12 You were informed by telephone after receiving trial sample of INSTAFLEX to cancel any further shipments. The phone call was made on or about about 1/28/12. There was no apparent change in the condition of the knee during the 30 day trial. I was given to understand that INSTAFLEX would improve the HA in the knee and further, improve the condition of the cartilage. I'm not PISSED, but disappointed that the product did not stand up to the claim. Please credit my credit card for $74.98. The charge appeared on my credit card as [DDL*INSTAFLEX 30DAY SP]. Same as everyone had, free trial for 2 weeks and paid $4.99 for shipping, i even ordered a month supply and arrived together with the free trial. not even half way with my order , here comes another bottle of 90 pills. I checked on my credit card and found out instaflex charged $74.98 without my authorization. Instaflex should be sued , put to jail for scamming people. i will call my credit card in am to dispute this illegal transaction. People need to be warned about this scam , instaflex uses your credit card when you order for the free trial pills. Beware

I did get a refund from instaflex!

Of course I had no response from instaflex. They told me when I first ordered it on 10/11/11 that I had a stockpile and wanted to defer the next shipment.That was a lie! I cancelled it on that date and found it did not help me. I told them not to send anymore shipments. They said to me if I decided to renew for the reduced price of $35.00 I would have to renew by 02/2002. I did not and they were dragging stating a shipment was mailed. I called my bank and sent letter to BBB. Things progressed rapidly after that. My bank, Wells Fargo, returned my money as a loan, until Instaflex returned my money. I was impressed with the bank! They called Instaflex. They told the bank I was stockpiling pills and reordered in February of 2012. Such a lie. So dishonest! Then they said they recorded all phone conversations. I would love to hear that. There should be a way to warn people about them! I was so angry because that charge put me in the rears. I could have had a bounced debit because of them. It would have cost me at least $70.00 for returned item but the bank saved me. Bank with Wells Fargo. They believed me.

Instaflex in Burlington, Ontario - Unauthorized Credit Card Charge

I signed up for a free order of Instaflex. Had to pay shipping of $4.99 and that is when they got my credit card. Now I am billed $74.98 for a monthly order that I never authorized. In fact, because of their poor web site I ordered the sample twice so now my credit card is billed for $74.98 twice. Rip-off. If the charges aren't reversed, I will have to cancel my card. I suppose they will say I missed the fine print. Still a rep-off and not the way to do business, especially when they gave me the name of the store in Canada that now sells their product.

Order cancelled & acknowledged by Instaflex

My mom asked me to review the ingredients in Instaflex as she had a bad reaction after taking the pills for 2 days. I found this Pissed Consumer website when I googled 'Instaflex review' and quickly let her know about all these complaints. She immediately went to her bank and they told her they would not be able to stop the charge on her visa from going through. They did however help her in finding the phone number and finding out that she could call Instaflex directly within 18 days of her ordering the sample to cancel the automatic charge. She did that and today got an email from Instaflex stating that her order has been cancelled. The phone number she called is 1-877-869-3310. We're in Canada so I'm not sure if the same toll free number would be used for those in the US.
