Instaflex - scam auto ship program

Instaflex has perfected the simplicity of scamming people with a trail offer and fine-print authorizing repeat monthly auto-ship at high prices. Don't know if the product works, don't care. They took my money with sleight of hand. The offer is associated with fine companies like GNC, Rite-Aid, DrugStore.com, Amazon.com, Swansonvitamines.com, Vitacost.com and the Arthritis Foundation for credibility. The offer is for a sample trial amount at a low cost. Seems like any promotion to get consumers to try the product. The problem is that it is not obvious and clear that you are obligating yourself to a monthly subscription. Pills com in the mail with no paperwork so I took me a while to find the charges on my credit card and figure out I had been played. The company only credits back 30 days activity. I guess this is where the stay legal and appear to be a stand up company and avoid the scam laws. Shame on me for not smelling a rat - shame on them for being a rat. (Not intended to hurt the feelings of rats or rat lovers).

Instaflex - unauthorized charges

I also signed up for the 14 day free trial & authorized shipping charges on a credit card. At NO time did I authorized additional charges for an automatic sign up for a monthly shipment. I can't believe that this is how they do business. It's a sad state of affairs if they can't sell their product on the merits of it. I will be reporting this to the State of Michigan Attorney General for investigation & to the Better Business Bureau and any body else that I can. I feel as though their product is over priced and you could get a comparable or better product less expensive elsewhere.

Instaflex order

I placed an order on either February 2nd or 3rd. To date, Monday, February 13th, I still have not received this product or any information about this order. Does your shipping usually work this way? I hope not. I am also tracking it online and the last date documented was the 5th of February. I hope your future monthly service is better than it has been so far. I have registered with the USPS with regard to this shipment and I have not had any updated information with regard to this order with you. I am awaiting this order and hope to receive it shortly, hopefully this evening.

Instaflex in Roanoke, Virginia - I am pleased, I GOT A REFUND!

I wrote letters to; BBB explaining my circumstances and three months later they started, deducting again from my checking account, without my authorization.. I notified my bank of this and they called them. Wells fargo, frowns on fraud. Thank you! If you can imagine, Travis from instaflex told them that I stocked piled my pills, and when I used all of them to restart in February. That is not true! They told me that if I wanted to have the reduced amount of $35.00 I would have to call them on 2/12/2012. I cancelled in 10/21/2011. Emphasized I did not authorize. I spoke to no one regarding renewing it. Call your bank, credit card and BBB. The location is in Utah.

Instaflex in Toronto, Ontario - Used my credit card without authorisation

I presumed that after I received the first trial delivery of Instaflex the company would consult me about subsequent deliveries and effect on my health . Instead the mailed to my additional Instaflex for $ 74.84 ,without consulting me on the effect of same on my health . The only thing I would ask them , the way I could mail back to them the last shipment of Instaflex or get credit for same .Also I could deliver same to fufillment servises at 18103 Rte Transcanadienne KIRKLAND Qc H9J 3Z4 . Besides I find your way of doing business unethcall . Plese take all that into consideration , yours truly L.Perekrestov

InstaFlex Joint Supplement - Free Trial

InstaFlex Joint Supplement - Free Trial
I did the free trial and Instaflex started charging my credit card repeatedly. I returned the product and they still didn't refund my money. It was $75 a month. I didn't notice right away because my family was moving and I didn't review my credit card statements very thoroughly for two months in a row. Once I noticed, I started to call them. It's been several weeks and they finally gave me half but still owe me $150 dollars. I have taken this to my credit card and to the better Business Bureau. Don't trust this company and fall for their very expensive FREE TRIAL. I work in the natural supplement industry and think they are giving all companies a bad name.

Instaflex is a scam

I registered to try the 14 day trail of instaflex. Two days after receiving the trial amount the company billed a 30 day perscription to my credit card. I did not have sufficient time to see if it worked or not. This company is a rip off. Read the fine print because you are signed up to receive this drug once you accept the 14 day trial. This is a very expensive drug and there are many more more effective drugs that can be found, and are quite a bit more inexpensive. PS. The drug did nothing for me. I feel totally taken advantage of. Buyer beware. Pissed off.

Instaflex - These thieves took money from my account on their free trial product.Thieves and scams.

I saw and advert on the television on joint flexibility tablet which they said was very good. They offered a free trial of two BOTTLES of the tablets. I applied and they took my credit card details. Within seven days, the medicine arrived, but it was only one very small bottle instead of the two advertised. Because I was not relieved of the painful joint as they advertised, I did not order for any to be sent to me. To make it worse, I was on holiday from England and was staying with my sister in America at the time(August 2011). I had totally forgotten about instaflex until when I picked up my Bank statement, I saw that Instaflex took $77.98 from my account. The medicine was advertised as a FREE TRIAL pack and not for sale. Obviously this company is a SCAM AND THIS IS OPEN DAY STEALING OF PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. I have contacted my lawyer to chase them up as nobody seems to pick their phones when I called. Please DO NOT BE FOOLED AS I WAS.
