BEWARE, the so called "14 day free trial" actually means you are also agreeing to enroll in their autoship program. This means they keep sending you a monthly supply whether you want it or not and of course they get to charge the credit card you gave them to cover the shipping charges on the free trial order. Try calling their customer service 1-800 number to cancel - they call that customer service. Very condescending customer service representatives who do everything they can to try and convince you to stay on the program. They basically call you *** if you tell them you didn't know you had to enroll in the autoship program with the free trial. This company cannot possibly stay in business very long with this kind of cutomer service, sales and marketing startegy. GOOD LUCK Instaflex and Consumers BEWARE this is a scam to get your money.
Instaflex in Managua, Managua - Free trial has cost me hundreds
I live in Nicaragua, I have someone bring things down every once in a while, I ordered my free trial and before I got it I had 4 bottles and over $200 worth of bills to pay. Too late they say, tough luck, and that's before I could even "sample" my Free trial to see if it works. This automatic "auto" ship has got to stop, they can find a way to make sure your time is up and you are in debt. Is the product worth it, not unless it actually does the miracles it says, it doesn't. That's a lot of dough for "hope" in a pill. It's enough for a small car payment!
Instaflex in New York, New York - Do not send me anymore of your pills.
Nothing happen. I don't want them. I do not want them. I do not want them. I do not want them. I do not want them. I do not want them. I do not want them. There's nothing to tell you except I do not want them. I order Instaflex, for a one time only. But every month I get a new order, and I don't want them anymoreJust do not send me anymore. I don't want them. I don't want them. I don't want them. I don't want them. I do not want them.
My complaint is the same as others at this site regarding Insta-Flex. I am an old "*** ***" looking for pain relief along with my wife. The "trial offer" and delivery fee is simply a way to get your creditcard and/or bank info. Then without authority or request, they keep sending these unsolicited deliveries of Instaflex and billing ones account in the neighbourhood of $73-76US. When I called they don't explain why they sent these unrequested items; but simply that they will refund the last order if I sent it back unopened. By the way each order that I received had been torn open when I got it from the mailbox. Now I'm wondering? Are the Mailmen in on this as well? Gene I feel we need a Class Action lawyer to take on this matter. No doubt our consumer affairs departments will not.
Instaflex is a rip-off company. Unauthorized charges. No return procedure with product.
Instaflex has deceptive advertising practices. I ordered the sample at $4.99. There was no mention of further products being sent. I did not authorize further charges. However unauthorized charges were made to my account. A further deception is to mail the product without providing billing information and the return procedure. A customer should not have to guess about how to return the product that information should be included with the product mailed. When I called to complain about the authorized charges and to cancel further receipt of Instaflex, I was told the computers were down for the day and cancellation could not be processed. I was told to call back that night. Pissed, in Ohio
Instaflex in Toronto, Ontario - No order charges
I requested Instaflex free trial by order # 2510988 and received it. I went for a trip out of country now That I am back, found 2 more received Instaflex which were charged to my Credit Card for $ 74.98 x 2= 149.96 total. Since I did not use the capsul & I do not try without doctor'd advise, please arrange to collect the 2 bottels you send & credit my account for $ 149.96 & please do not send any more without my order. Waiting for credit as soon as possible.I am not satisfied with the way you are doing business. Getting money this way is called rubbry, I don't what you call it, but if I do not receive a positive reply from you I have to take a legal acction. Thank you. Seif Nassori email@example.com
Instaflex in San Miguel De Allende, Guanajuato - Instafles unauthorized use of credit card
I participated in an introductory offer for $4.95 from Instaflex, then they kept billing me for 74.95 for two succeeding months. This company is a scam, rip-off. There should be some kind of way to regulate this kind of company. I see that there have been many complaints to the same effect. The Credit Card companies should have a method of flagging these kinds of operations. Or is it that they since they benefit also from these unauthorized payments they turn a blind eye to these thieves. Speaking clearly that is what they are. Why doesn't someone *** them.? Instaflex in Agana, Guam - Insta Flex
I made an order based on a free sample that only charged shipping with the guarantee that you could cancel any additional orders after the trial period of 14 days. After 14 days I contacted the company Insta Flex and a representative informed me that I had until April 25 to cancel, my call was placed on April 22. The company went ahead and sent me another bottle of Insta Flex which had no positive effects on my joints and charged it to my discover card. This company is a big scam artist that preys on elderly people who live on fixed income who are only looking for a solution to their pain. This company cannot stand up to what they promise. Warn all your friends and relatives of this scheming and coniving company that just has another fake product that does not work. Do not waste your hard earned money on this product. "buyer beware",
I am pleased to say, my husband called the company and told them they were not given permission to take money out of my account, they gave him a code number to put on the package of pills they sent, and told us to write it on the package and say attention to mike and soon as they got their package back they put my money back in my account. It took about two weeks but I finally got it, thanks so much. The package needs to be returned unopened, I suggest you call and talk to them, I think they will try to help, just be careful about ordering things online.
Instaflex in Boston, Massachusetts - "Free" Trial became a nightmare
Instaflex continued to send their product even after I put in writing my request to stop sending the product. Today I cancelled my account by phone (or so I hope). When I asked about my letter, the associate asked what address I sent it to as she stated they have numerous wharehouses. This is incredibly deceptive to continue to take payments from consumers who have requested the product to stop. Cancelling should be an easy process - and it is with honest companies. And, to add insult to injury, the product is completely useless. Perhaps the former professional football player, who endorses the product is suffering from concussion issues.............
