Didn't do a thing for me , then they sent me a full bottle in the mail which I didn't ask for! no invoice nothing but the bottle . I am though with these scammers, never again will I order anything by mail , sick of these come on. To heck with them all especially these people. I sent and email and sent a complaint so far no response we will see on Monday what they do Very tired of these type of claims to try things then they auto sign you up without agreeing to it in some fine print. Really how do these people sleep at night!

Instaflex in Pelham, Ontario - I ordered for my friend but did not work, I therefore cancel and ask to discontinue any further order.
Tracking # 1681482500438426, Order # F0062385201770, Reference #N06154334, Additional Reference #50453. I received the product on July 24, 2014 and was advised that I have to cancel within 18 days after receipt in case of any problem or disagreement or else you will continue to send the product if I do not put a stop of the order and therefore will be automatically charged. Since it is not working for her she asked me to discontinue the order to avoid the charges. However she still reserves the right to get and purchase them from any of the three GNC stores around our area. Again, my request for cancellation. Thank you.
Instaflex - No return of full amount

Instaflex in Stockton, California - No complaint I could walk pain free
no complaint I went from barely being able to walk to pain free walking. And if I miss a few days I feel the difference. I have recommended Instaflex to many friends. Most have had the same luck I have had. I then phoned Customer Services and asked them to cancel my order, as was promised in the information package. The representative I spoke to suggested I needed to take the product for another month and did not refund all of my payment. Now I have been charged again for a product I can not use. Instaflex in Guelph, Ontario - Nice Scam !
I ordered the 30 day trial only. Gave no authorization for any purchases. Now these scam artists are billing me monthly for a product I did not authorize. Instaflex in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina - Free sample cost 4.99 shipping than 74.98 charge just added without authorization
sent for a 14 day free sample and then received a 30 day supply in mail and charged 74.98 on credit card went on website to obtain a 14 day supply of Instaflex. No where on the free trial information did I see anywhere that anything other than my 4.99 shipping cost would be charged to my credit card. I did not open or try the free trial. Today 90 capsules arrived in the mail with no paperwork or any type of receipt inside the envelope. I checked my visa card and I was charged 74.98. I went back on the website to see if I had missed something about being on a continuous mailing plan and could not find anything. I then looked under the frequently asked question page and came up with something that said you had 14 days to cancel or you would be sent more product. It is deceptive advertising and a scam. I notified my charge card and they called Instaflex as I waited on the line. They offered to only charge me 40.00 or send the product back , get a tracking number from the post office and they would credit me the whole amount sometime in the future. The money isn't the object it is the deception. If your product is good you shouldn't have to scam people to buy it. If you want them on a continuing program be upfront about it.
INSTAFLEX - not trustworthy
Three weeks after cancelling Instaflex I received another shipment. I called Instaflex and spoke with customer service representative Henry, who insisted it couldn't be returned. He said he could only for over 15 minutes when I asked to speak to a manager. Another call to Instaflex (with a much more pleasant customer service representative) ended with receiving a return merchandise authorization number. I still lose money (shipping) for something I cancelled to begin with. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! What happened to good quality customer service? What happened to "the customer is always right?" I'm very, very dissapointed with this company.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE HASSLES BEWARE OF InstaFlex. Two week free trial for $4.99. I did not read the fine print when I ordered on line and lo and behold I received another 30 day supply automatically charge card had a $74.98. When I called to get the $74.98 charge removed from my card I was told most people do not get relief in 2 weeks. THEN WHY DO THEY OFFER 2 WEEK SUPPLY? Of course they don't take the $74.98 off until they receive the 30 day supply back. I have to now pay shipping to send it back, purchase envelop to send back, and check my credit card account for refund. When I called InstaFlex and asked to talk to a supervisor there were none available I offered to wait but that wasn't an option. Wouldn't you think a major company would have a supervisor available? They said it might take 2 days for supervisor to call me back. Hmmm...doesn't sound like a reliable company to me.
