Instaflex in Edmonton, Alberta - They got me too!

I bit on the free sample.My sample came from Surret B.c. Everything was fine until my credit card statement included another purchase. 75 dollars - unauthorized. What a wonderful way to do business .Why is our government not watching this situation/ It is a shame people who could have had my business and support have to resort do such dishonest tactics! They are thieves plain and simple. A lady at mastercard was a great help.She reversed the billing and asked me to monitor the account Where is consumer and corporate affairs? possibly the RCMP fraud squad should also be informed I will contact a government department. .next Merry Christmas and Happy new year to all the others who have been ripped off keep your head up!

Instaflex in Abilene, Texas - I keep calling to cancel all future orders and cannot get through to do that!!

I was told that I had 18 days to cancel out of future promotions and the 800 number I have will not let me talk to a ''person'' to cancel out. I do not want any more of your pills and would like to talk to a person to cancel out '''right now'''. Apparently you are not a trustworthy company to deal with! I will keep looking for a telephone number somewhere on your web sites as this is turning into a huge agrivation. The lesson I have learned here is to never order from the internet again unless you can talk to a live person and not a *** computer.

Instaflex in Houston, Texas - A SCAM

I ordered instaflex for my mother for the trial and cancelled the order they go into my account and them tell me we mailed it on Nov 26 2014, I had yet to receive the items 2 weeks later and I called and ask them to track it They showed that they had not been delivered to my house and they still refused almost a month later I finally received my items and offered to mail it back and they still gave me the run around on refunding me my money back. THEY ARE A SCAM THEY PURPOSELY TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK I AM HIGHLY PISSED AND GOING THROUGH MY BANK TO GET MY REFUND. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVAID THEM AT ALL COST THIS IS A FINANCIAL SCAM THEY WORK ON THE METHOD OF FRUSTRATING YOU AND PROLONGING THE ISSUE SO THAT YOU GIVE UP AND SAY FORGET KEEP THE MONEY NOT ME I WILL BE GOING ON ALL THE COMPLAINT BOARDS BECAUSE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Robbery that's it plain and simmple. I sent fr sample free which I payed 5 $.Receid an othet bottle without ordering it. I did't give permission. I tried to contact them never can through their opaque system, sounds fishy .Real scam.

I sent for a free sample. Never used it. Recieved another bottle sent it back, suppose to get refund. I did not order this product. I didn't give permission to use my card . How did you get my card # anyway. I certainly wouldn't give it out for a free sample. What kind of a scam are you running ???? You should be reported to the authorities for this scam.I'll be alerting others about the scam for this product . I can now understand how so many seniors are duped by false statements. Be aware of Instaflex free sample

I ordered the free sample and paid the $4.00 shipping charges about the 8th day of October, 2014. On 10-28-14, I was charged for $74.98 from Instaflex. I immediately call the telephone number, 800-436-0920 and told the rep I had not ordered this product, and that sample did me no good. He said I had made the order, because I was given a period of 16 days to cancel any order on my account in the future from the time I ordered the free sample. He told me he could not refund the money because the bottle of pills had already been sent, which I have never received. He told me he could make me a special deal and credit me $40 and I would only be charged $34.98. I agreed to this, but it was the second scam, because instead of giving me a credit from the original $74.98, I was charge a second time with a credit of $40 and charged again for $34.98 for a total of $109.96. I hope some government agency will take these complaints seriously, and shut this outfit down before they are allowed to keep this scam operating.

Instaflex - Billed and shipped product without my requesting it

Same as many others these scammers began shipping and billing me without my consent. DO NOT give them a credit card number for the shipping charges on a "free" trial. They will use your number to bill you $75 EVERY MONTH. The trial product they sell didn't do anything foe me. This is a scam and the FTC should be looking into their business practices. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with this company as they are automatically billing people who thought they were just requesting a free trial sample - NOT signing their life away. Bad Business Bad Product.

Instaflex in Belton, Missouri - No Refund

I keep calling them and they just keep telling me they will check into it, still no refund and it's been 3 months. I check my account frequently to no avail, I will never recommend this product or company to anyone, I will be calling them again tomorrow, Tues. Oct.7, and this time if I don't receive a satisfactory answer I will be telling them I will be reporting them to the BBB, I received 2 shipments within approx. 2-3 weeks of each other, the first one I returned and received a refund in approx. 4-5 weeks, but I have yet to receive my refund for the 2nd returned shipment, I am very pissed and losing patience

Another Consumer Victim of Instaflex

Add me to the list of people who received the initial bottle and then received automatic shipments without my realizing I had signed up for them. I called Instaflex. I was told that I had received e-mails telling me of the their terms but none arrived. Instaflex said the e-mails must have gone into my spam folder. (I checked: they did not.) I requested a refund for the two automatic shipments. They refused a refund for the first and said that if I returned the second bottle (at my own expense) they would issue a refund. I'm waiting for the refund. They also said they would cancel the automatic shipments. I'm waiting to see if that happens. Whatever Instaflex says about the fine print and e-mails, it is clear that many people are being misled by the Instaflex ads. A reputable company would not allow this sort of misunderstanding. My worry is about the misleading information perpetrated about the product, not the product itself. But because of the way Instaflex operates its marketing, I know longer have faith in the product. I urge people not to patronize this company.
