I had canceled by subscription and still received the supplement
I was advised by the customer service representative to reuse the package, but they would not do that. So I had to send it out and spend fourteen dollars to have the product.Sent back and I want a credit as soon as possible

- - Can't reach anyone in person.
- - Charges were taken after cancellation, three times; the product hasn't arrived and isn't wanted.
What happened is I will wait till I can speak to someone in person which is damn near impossible with you guys it's been going on for a week you keep taking money out of my account I'm not ordered anything and I can't seem I've done and had it supposedly canceled and I got my card again and tried to take more money out and I've done this three times and I'm not received the product yet and don't want the product because I tried it for 2 weeks and it didn't help
User's recommendation: Run run run away from this company is fast as you can They already rip off their product is no good plus they are constantly taking your money for something you do not receive and did not even order they're more pain than what the joint pain is My advice to everybody don't deal with them

The company just took my money and lied about the amount during the advertisement on the internet. They had an offer for $5.99 but charged my account $75.00.

Got product that I didn't order
- - I got a free sample and paid $5.99 shipping.
- - I was auto-signed up for a subscription and charged $79.89.
- - I returned; refund promised but not received.
I got a free sample of instaflex and all I had to do was pay shipping and handling which was 5.99. Then they automatically signed me up for a subscription with them tht i didn't do and then they charged my PayPal card 79.89.
For something that i didn't order. I called them they told me to send it back and they would refund my money. So I sent it back its been over a week. I also sent them a email and no response.
Ive contacted PayPal and explained everything to them. So im going to contact paypal again and open up a dispute.
User's recommendation: I wouldn't buy anything even if it's free from instaflex. They will sign you automatically for a subscription without your permission and also charge your card . Their not a good company i would stay away from them ive learned my lesson. Wont be no more.

Cancel this charge now please I can't afford this change and it's not working. Unsatisfied with products and cancel immediately all charges.

Suggest canceled numbers be given as proof so as to avoid any problems. Cancelation was very easy

Hello, I've come to realize ive been charged $39.99 for a subscription that had been activated but the fact for the reason the subscription wasn't canceled was due to the fact i was in the hospital with a shattered wrist, fractured rib and a mild concussion but you can call salem general in salem oregon and they'll concur

Trued too hard to not cancel automatic subscription
Give us a break - why 199 characters? I disputed a charge I did not know about to occur after a trial period - customer service tried to get me to continue but after 14 days I still do not know about that so he said he would cancel - I will dispute with my credit card company
