I was advised by the customer service representative to reuse the package, but they would not do that. So I had to send it out and spend fourteen dollars to have the product.Sent back and I want a credit as soon as possible

Yeah I've got to be the most deceitful and lioness company that has ever been you're so unorganized and you are constantly taking money for people that have not ordered things I want my money back

Cancel subscription and never used

I never spoke to anyone. And I have never used any of the bottles after trying one. I have many unopened bottles and they keep sending them and billing me and raising the price charged on my credit card.

I was charged but I never received my pills

I was told that I never put my Apt number on my address but if that was true how did I get the free trial 2 week supply delivered to me? I was told today that I will receive a bottle on March 25th and another one on March 31st 10 days from now. My Apt number is 104, please deliver to my door only.

Can’t get help canceling service besides taking off $79 off my charge for something I didn’t order.

I got a trial but didnt know I was on instant subscribe. I am sn 82 yesr old women in lots of pain.

Disappointed

The company just took my money and lied about the amount during the advertisement on the internet. They had an offer for $5.99 but charged my account $75.00.

Got product that I didn't order

I got a free sample of instaflex and all I had to do was pay shipping and handling which was 5.99. Then they automatically signed me up for a subscription with them tht i didn't do and then they charged my PayPal card 79.89.

For something that i didn't order. I called them they told me to send it back and they would refund my money. So I sent it back its been over a week. I also sent them a email and no response.

Ive contacted PayPal and explained everything to them. So im going to contact paypal again and open up a dispute.

User's recommendation: I wouldn't buy anything even if it's free from instaflex. They will sign you automatically for a subscription without your permission and also charge your card . Their not a good company i would stay away from them ive learned my lesson. Wont be no more.

Canceled via Telephone call on 3/6/2026. No cancelation number given.

Suggest canceled numbers be given as proof so as to avoid any problems. Cancelation was very easy

Have explanation

Hello, I've come to realize ive been charged $39.99 for a subscription that had been activated but the fact for the reason the subscription wasn't canceled was due to the fact i was in the hospital with a shattered wrist, fractured rib and a mild concussion but you can call salem general in salem oregon and they'll concur

Give us a break - why 199 characters? I disputed a charge I did not know about to occur after a trial period - customer service tried to get me to continue but after 14 days I still do not know about that so he said he would cancel - I will dispute with my credit card company
