Hello, I've come to realize ive been charged $39.99 for a subscription that had been activated but the fact for the reason the subscription wasn't canceled was due to the fact i was in the hospital with a shattered wrist, fractured rib and a mild concussion but you can call salem general in salem oregon and they'll concur

Trued too hard to not cancel automatic subscription
Give us a break - why 199 characters? I disputed a charge I did not know about to occur after a trial period - customer service tried to get me to continue but after 14 days I still do not know about that so he said he would cancel - I will dispute with my credit card company

Don’t want to receive any more Insta flex it doesn’t work for me
- - lnstraflex sample did not work.
- - I received another bottle by mail that I did not order.
- - I want to return it.
- - Cannot reach customer service by phone.
I ordered a sample of lnstraflex I use the sample and it did absolutely nothing for me and yesterday I got another bottle in the mail which I did not order. I dont want anymore.
Its no damn good and I wanna know how to return this because Im not going to use it. Call me at 302-763-****.

Terrible Customer service
- - Cannot cancel subscription until email verification.
- - Code must be used within 5 minutes.
- - The code isn't sent to the email account.
I can't submit a message to cancel my subscription until my email address is verified. You have 5 minutes to use the code and verify your email address.
But they never send the code to your email account. I'm going to the BBB.

I have not received my package. I find the heading of your email very offensive.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Once I receive my package I will be canceling my subscription.
